Winter Wine Tastings and Tours
Our collection of unique, small-group experiences offer in-depth conversations alongside a carefully chosen selection of our highly acclaimed wines. Join us at the winery for one of our private seated tasting experiences with a dedicated host, Brooks’ famous cheese and charcuterie plate, and a specially curated wine flight that highlights the Brooks portfolio.
Wine & Food Pairing 101
At Brooks, we believe wine and food are fun! Step into the Brooks classroom for a hands-on tutorial that takes the intimidation of out pairing wine with food. Your guide will take you on a winery tour before teaching you how to pair food and wine like a pro! Explore each of the fundamental interactions between wine and the components of food: saltiness, sweetness, acidity, umami, chili heat, and fat. Participants will leave this experience feeling more confident in pairing wine with food while having a ton of fun tasting it!
- Join us for a tour of our Production Hall and Barrel Room, where you can learn the unique history of Brooks Wine.
- Participate in hands-on exercises to strengthen your awareness of essential interactions between wine and based on a food’s saltiness, sweetness, acidity, umami, fat, and chili heat.
- Discuss each varietal’s flavors and aromas.
- Lessons are taught using a flight of four wine selections from our Renewal Collection alongside a guided tasting.
- Explore your new skills as you sit back and nibble our famous fromage and charcuterie plate with a Paco Board. Paco Boards feature charcuterie, cheese, jam, nuts, and bread. (Please reply with any food allergies.)
- The experience is approximately 90 minutes long, with the seated tasting indoors. We will walk and climb several stairs, and we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
$75 per person (Brooks Wine Club Members enjoy 20% off) for up to 6 participants.
Reservations are available daily at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
We do ask for a deposit in the amount of $40 to hold your reservation.
Cahiers: Journey Through the Journals
Cahiers is French for Notebook. Musings scribbled across time and place shared between father and son and expressed elegantly in the glass by the Cahiers label. Savor the story as you sip five elegant expressions of our ageworthy Cahiers Label.
- Discover the history of Brooks Wine on a walking tour of our Production Hall and Barrel Room.
- Select your flight of five vintages of either Cahiers Pinot Noir or Riesling.
- Experience a guided tasting elucidating what contributes to a wine’s ageability, the characteristics wines may develop over time, and which vintages are displaying well for the holiday season.
- Enjoy our famous fromage and charcuterie plate with an individual Paco Board prepared for each guest. Paco Boards feature charcuterie, cheese, jam, nuts, and bread. (Please reply with any food allergies.)
