Dave McIntyre, Washington Post
White flower and tropical citrus on the nose and palette - elderflower, honeysuckle, a hint of nectarine. On the palette - pineapple, almond husk, and a long acidic finish.
Jillian Barnhart
Sommelier
Enjoy this wine with yuzu miso marinated black cod, served with black rice.
Josh Forkner
Culinary Director
Aromatically pleasing with shaved almond, beeswax, pineapple and starfruit. On the palate, the flavor profile shifts to tangerine, sweet lime and granny smith apple. A slightly richer dry riesling, but incredibly well balanced, with a zippy quenching sea salt finish.

Winemaking Notes

A wet, but warm spring with a few mild frosts during late April and fewer than average heat spikes.
Near-record precipitation amounts during late June and early July brought increased disease pressure to the region.
The vintage will be remembered for the early rains in September and rapid cool down into October which challenged harvesting decisions.
The cool vintage came largely from substantially lower maximum temperatures while minimum temperatures were near average to slightly above average.
A classic Oregon vintage!
