91 Points | Wine Spectator - Shows precision and structure, with bold notes of blueberry and pomegranate, plus stony mineral and dusky spice accents that build tension and tannins on the finish. Drink now through 2030. 300 cases made.

Classic Oregon Pinot Noir! Red fruit driven with bright acidity, refined tannins, and a delicious salty, bruleed finish.

Enjoy this wine with a grilled ribeye steak crusted in black peppercorn and finished off with a blue cheese compound butter. A side of baked potato loaded with bacon and sour cream wouldn’t be bad either.

The 2019 Muska represents the very best of the Eola-Amity Hills. Aromatically, this wine is an explosion of red fruit, showcasing vibrant candied rhubarb and cherry tart with notes of dried rose petal. On the palate, the entry is at once lush and voluminous transitioning to bright red fruit and a long quenching, saline finish.

Winemaking Notes

Rain events at the beginning of bloom diminished yields, and a dry summer was punctuated with unprecedented heatwaves. The timing worked in our favor since the heat happened pre-veraison, and the vines handled it well.
Harvest started in early September, but lower temperatures across the state allowed for a long and measured harvest season, with harvest extending into mid-October.
No disease, high sugars, balanced acids, and great flavors. 2021 will undoubtedly rank as one of the top Oregon vintages.
