This medium-dry Riesling has bright aromas, of lemon blossom, apple, pear and star fruit with a lengthy, sea salt finish.

Pair with coconut and panko crusted mahi mahi, creamy coconut rice, charred bok choy and a fresh squeeze of citrus to finish off the dish.

An off-dry Riesling from a cooler vintage demonstrating great balance. Nectarine, beeswax and lemon grass give way to an electric palate with great tension and lively acidity.

Winemaking Notes
A wet, but warm spring with a few mild frosts during late April and fewer than average heat spikes.
Near-record precipitation amounts during late June and early July brought increased disease pressure to the region.
The vintage will be remembered for the early rains in September and rapid cool down into October which challenged harvesting decisions. The cool vintage came largely from substantially lower maximum temperatures while minimum temperatures were near average to slightly above average.
