A beautifully balanced, dry Riesling with complex layers of tropical fruits, citrus, and beeswax with thirst-quenching acidity and a long finish.

Pair with spiced garlic prawn lettuce wraps: nuoc cham (fish sauce based) dipping sauce, fresh mint, bean sprouts, and lime wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves, and topped with a little crushed peanut for texture!

An acid driven Riesling from the Dundee Hills showing off notes of starfruit, lemon zest, beeswax and golden delicious apples. On the palate, Meyer lemon and lime peel dominate, finishing with an invigorating minerality.

Winemaking Notes
A wet but warm spring with a few mild frosts during late April and fewer than average heat spikes.
Near-record precipitation amounts during late June and early July brought increased disease pressure to the region. The vintage will be remembered for the early rains in September and rapid cool down into October, which challenged harvesting decisions.
The cool vintage came largely from substantially lower maximum temperatures while minimum temperatures were near average to slightly above average.
