This exceptional white blend was produced exclusively for our friends at the nonprofit, Kiss the Ground and is only available directly through Brooks.
This dry Alsatian Blend is brilliant with tropical, citrus, stone fruit, and spice aromas with a long, aromatic finish.
30% Pinot Gris, 24% Pinot Blanc, 16% Muscat, 15% Riesling, 15% Gewürztraminer.
25% of the sales of this very special wine will be donated to Kiss the Ground, our 1% For the Planet recipient.

This dry Alsatian blend is all kinds of gorgeous with expressive layers of pear skins, peach blossoms, fresh shaved fennel and Trix cereal with a long and pleasant finish.

Try this wine with sauteed prawns with roasted baby bok choy with lemon zest, Israeli couscous, & lightly fried squash blossoms. Yum!

An aromatic smorgasbord effusing orange peel, peach blossom, coriander and shaved fennel. Incredibly well balanced and a delight to drink!

Winemaking Notes
Rain events at the beginning of bloom diminished yields, and a dry summer was punctuated with unprecedented heatwaves. The timing worked in our favor since the heat happened pre-veraison, and the vines handled it well.
Harvest started in early September, but lower temperatures across the state allowed for a long and measured harvest season, with harvest extending into mid-October.
No disease, high sugars, balanced acids, and great flavors. 2021 will undoubtedly rank as one of the top Oregon vintages.
