Brooks has it all — Great story, great people, great wines.

Dave McIntyre, Washington Post
A thought-provoking and sumptuous wine with dried herb, forest floor, and floral notes on the nose, as well as coffee beans, dried cherries, citrus peel, and red berries. The palate expresses itself with a lift and approachability through its bright acids, playful red fruit notes, and cola characters.
Jen Cossey
General Manager/Sommelier
Violet and orange oil lift up and support riper fruit on the nose. An acid-driven Pinot with plenty of tension. Plush, chalky tannin is wrapped up in notes of salty raspberry, red cherry and green wood.

Winemaking Notes

Rain events at the beginning of bloom diminished yields, and a dry summer was punctuated with unprecedented heatwaves. The timing worked in our favor since the heat happened pre-veraison, and the vines handled it well.

Harvest started in early September, but lower temperatures across the state allowed for a long and measured harvest season, with harvest extending into mid-October.

No disease, high sugars, balanced acids, and great flavors. 2021 will undoubtedly rank as one of the top Oregon vintages.
