Fall 2024 Club Cheese Pairing
We have hand-selected three Texas cheeses in partnership with Antonelli’s Cheese Shop of Austin, Texas, to pair with wines in your fall club shipment:
- 6 oz wheel C’mon Berto by Lira Rossa – An Italian Style Camembert/bloomy rind cheese.
- 6 oz wedge Indigo Ridge by River Whey – A best-selling cheese aged 12 months. It’s like Gouda with a Gruyere flair!
- 7 oz wedge Eldo by Haro Cheese – A cave-aged Manchego-style cheese rubbed with olive oil and ash.
