  • cup shallots (minced)
  • cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • tsp sugar
  • tsp pink peppercorns
  • 1 pinch salt

  2. Shuck raw oysters and top with mignonette. Enjoy!
