Paprika and Chili Crispy Pork Belly

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork belly (skin scored)
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Mix all the spices together in a bowl.
Rub the spice mixture all over the pork.
Wrap the pork in parchment paper and then in foil.
Place in a hotel pan and cook at 300 degrees for 5 hours.
Let cool completely in the foil.
Cut into desired pieces and fry the pork skin side down to crisp the skin.
Serve immediately.
